Students of Osaka College may take advantage of an articulation agreement between Osaka College and Concord University to transfer their earned OCFL credits to bachelor's degree programs at CU. Concord is moderately priced and provides a good variety of bachelor's degree programs to choose from. Most OCFL transfer students have completed CU degree programs in 2-3 years after transfer, and all have found employment or admission to graduate programs. CU offers an on-campus ESL program, US homestays during holidays, a full range of university programs and convenient access to many US tourist destinations.
